The Association celebrated its Centennial Anniversary
in 1997 and the Museum itself is approaching its 100th Anniversary in 2009.
Many of the Associations Published Proceedings are archived
at the Museum and the artifacts contained in the Museum in 2005, are attributed to the effort and work of many concerned citizens
and historians since the initial inception of the Association’s agenda and mandate to Preserve Local Natural History
in 1897.

Natural History Association Board Of Directors would like to thank everyone who helped to make our Fundraising Silent Auction
such a success. The total raised was $4,050.00 which will be matched by the Bank of Nova Scotia, to bring the total raised
to $8,100.00 during the three hour event. Entertainment for the Gala evening at the Rodd Miramichi- A Rodd Signature Hotel
was provided by Joe & The Jammers.
