This list will be used to fill in for any cancellations and to prepare the list for next year.

2. In the Family Division, family is defined as being related no further apart than 1st cousins. This includes immediate family, grandparents/children, aunts, and uncles.

3. Racers are responsible for providing their own canoe and bikes. There is no restriction on the type of canoe or bike, however, the team must use a canoe and not a kayak. The canoe shall have two people in it and must be paddled, not rowed, with a normal canoe paddle (no kayak paddles), and must not be motorized. The bike must be a two-wheeled bicycle with no motorized assistance.

4. At least one representative from each team must attend the pre-race briefing to be held 1 hour before their race start time.

5. Safety equipment - as a minimum personnel in the canoe must wear life jackets/belts and cyclists must wear a helmet.

6. Any infraction of the rules (shortcuts, unauthorized assistance, obstructing other racers, etc) will mean disqualification of the team at fault.

8. All grievances or complaints must be reported to the judge's table immediately upon completion of your race. The judges' decision will be final. Team numbers of any witnesses to the infraction should be identified to assist the judges in their ruling.

9. Remember, although this is a competitive race the idea is for all to have fun through sportsmanship and fair play.

10. Any questions may be directed to the Race Committee at 506-779-8249 or 506-779-8067 or on race day to the judges table.
